Send files to FTI Consulting

Your FTI contact gave you an upload code. Download FTI Secure Upload for your computer, start it, and enter the code.

Not sure which Mac you have? Apple menu > About This Mac: "Chip: Apple M…" means the first Mac download, "Processor: Intel" the second.

How to use it

  1. Open the downloaded zip file and start FTI Secure Upload (no installation needed).
  2. Enter the upload code from your FTI contact, and your name.
  3. Drag the files or folders you want to send into the window (or use Add files / Add a folder), then click Start upload.
  4. Keep the app open until it says All done. If you need to stop, you can start the app again later with the same code and carry on where you left off.
Lots of small files? Zip the folder first and send the zip: it's much faster. The app's "How do I zip many small files?" link shows how.

If your computer warns you

Windows: if "Windows protected your PC" appears, click More info, then Run anyway.
Mac: if macOS says the app can't be opened, open System Settings > Privacy & Security, scroll down, and click Open Anyway next to FTI Secure Upload. You only need to do this once.
